The aim for this project with BOSCH Professional was to design an integrated and ergonomic tool for cutting isolation foam. The tool had to be rugged and tough. Thought had to be put into the workings, the shape and its producibility.
Me and my team came up with a tool which had great ergonomics for a variety of cutting angles. We took inspiration off of existing mechanisms and design considerations, this way we would be certain of the product's viability.

Extensive research was performed to give an answer to important problems. Later sketches were made to create solutions for these problems. The final product was a combination of two promising concepts.
